This project is a multi-family residential complex consisting of five rental apartments situated within a single building. The layout includes units ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, designed to accommodate varied living needs. Each apartment offers significant outdoor areas, enhancing the living experience by providing private spaces for residents.

The building features a total of five units, with two apartments located on the ground floor offering outdoor spaces of 36 m² and 60 m², respectively. On the first floor, two additional units provide expansive living areas alongside sizeable terraces. The top floor hosts a larger apartment, which includes a private terrace measuring 38.8 m². The complex also includes underground parking and common areas that promote interaction among residents.

Noteworthy features of the apartments include a variety of room sizes and layouts, enabling flexibility in living arrangements. Each apartment has its own distinct outdoor area, providing opportunities for gardening or relaxation.
