«VIVERE» is a residential project consisting of six spacious single-family homes, each with 5.5 to 7.5 rooms. These homes are designed with direct access from an underground garage, enhancing convenience for residents. The layout of the buildings allows for a variety of individual design possibilities, accommodating different family needs. Each house features private outdoor spaces and green areas, which contribute to leisure and relaxation opportunities for the occupants.
The project has been carefully integrated into its surroundings, situated in a sought-after residential area known for its family-friendly environment. The open floor plans of the houses provide ample living space, and a range of amenities, including parking, hobby rooms, and cellar areas, are available for residents. In addition to the individual residences, the project incorporates sustainable features such as a central ground-source heat pump for heating and cooling, alongside a rooftop photovoltaic system for electricity generation. The interior of the homes in «VIVERE» is designed with a focus on functionality and quality. The living and sleeping areas are finished with country house oak parquet flooring, which provides durability and a timeless aesthetic.
