Villas JADE

«Villas JADE» is a residential project that consists of the construction of two spacious villas located within a large, wooded plot of 2,934 m² in a quiet residential area of Tannay. Each villa is designed to be oriented towards the south and is distributed over two levels, providing ample living space. The villas provide a gross usable area starting from 286.3 m², out of which 232 m² are livable space. The individual plots for the villas measure 1,498 m² and 1,436 m² respectively.

Each villa includes five rooms, with one master suite featuring an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. The interior layout can be modified according to the needs of the future owners. An additional feature includes a swimming pool, which can be added for an extra cost. The construction permit is already in place, and the project is set for delivery in the summer of 2025.
