Villas JADE

This project consists of the construction of two spacious villas located on a wooded plot of 2,934 m2 within a residential area of Tannay. Each villa is distributed over two levels and offers a total usable area starting from 286.3 m2, with 232 m2 of living space. The properties include five bedrooms, with one master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and dressing area. The external areas associated with the villas comprise a garden area of 1,498 m2 for one villa and 1,436 m2 for the other, with a private swimming pool available as an additional feature.

The villas are oriented south and can be customized in terms of internal room organization according to specific needs. The construction adheres to environmental impact standards, utilizing over 70% Swiss and local materials and reducing plastic and hydrocarbon-based insulation use by an average of 80% compared to traditional constructions of similar types. The project is positioned in front of an unbuildable green area and a grove, contributing to a serene setting for residents.
