Le Coeur

«Le Coeur» is a residential complex consisting of 20 apartments, designed to cater to a variety of living needs. The project features two modern buildings, each with two floors. The layout includes a mix of 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 room apartments, ensuring options for singles, couples, and families. All apartments are equipped with private cellars for optimal storage and to enhance living space.

The buildings are connected by an underground parking garage, providing secure parking facilities for residents. Each building includes an elevator for easy access to all floors. Additionally, the project focuses on sustainability, incorporating solar panels and a geocooling system powered by a geothermal heat pump, which promotes energy efficiency while minimizing carbon emissions.
