Le Coeur

This project comprises a residential complex featuring 20 apartments of varying sizes, including studios and 1.5 to 5.5-room units. The complex consists of two modern buildings, one with 17 apartments and the other housing 3 apartments. A connected underground garage provides secure parking, and each apartment includes a private cellar for storage to enhance living space. Elevators in each building facilitate access to the various floors.

Innovative ecological solutions are integrated into the project, such as photovoltaic solar panels and an advanced geo-cooling system operated by a geothermal heat pump. These technologies support efficient energy management and contribute to a reduction in carbon footprint. Additionally, the construction adheres to contemporary building standards to ensure a sustainable and functional living environment.
