Create Saved Searches
Save your search criteria and receive notifications when new properties matching your preferences are added.
Define search criteria
Define property search parameters like location, number of rooms, min and max prices in the search form on the properties or the main page.
Create saved search
After you defined search criteria, search for the properties. A floating bar with a «Save Search» button will appear on top of the property list.
Review saved searches
After creating a saved search, you will be redirected to the page where you can view all of your saved searches. You can always delete and re-create any of them with different criteria if needed.
Receive new property notification by email
When a new property is discovered, you will automatically receive an email if it matches your saved search criteria. The email will include relevant information about the property like its address, ranges of rooms and prices if available.

Track Favorite Properties
Add properties to your favorites and get notified when their price or status changes.
Add projects to favorites
On the search results page, add projects to favorites by clicking the heart icon on the right bottom side side of the property card. You can then view all your favorite projects by using the link in the account navigation menu.
