Premium plan gives you the market-intelligence layer on top of the project database. This includes full project access, price and status history where available, early-access projects, and monitoring tools that keep you updated as the market changes.

All projects in our database are linked to their original source of information. In most cases, this is a distinct website, but it could also be a link to a Homegate ad or a link to a subsection on an agency or developer website. This ensures you can verify that all our projects are legitimate.

If you find a project page with a non-working link (unless the project is marked as archived), simply reach out to us, and we’ll reimburse your subscription costs.

Images are often considered copyright-protected. Unfortunately, some real estate companies have dedicated departments that focus on enforcing image rights, creating unnecessary complications for platforms like ours.

While the lack of images makes the website less visually appealing, don’t worry—project websites always feature renders that you can view directly.
