The apartments range from 93 m² to 150 m², with configurations of 3 to 5 rooms. Each unit is provided with at least one exterior parking space, with some also offering additional basement parking. The structure includes features such as hobby rooms and cellar spaces for storage, along with expansive green areas on the surface and rooftops.
The renovation includes new windows, updated flooring, and electrical system enhancements. The kitchens and bathrooms come fully equipped, allowing for quick and easy occupancy. The apartments are designed to offer residents a view of the surrounding landscape, including views of Lake Geneva and the Alps, with additional access to common amenities like rooftop pools.
