This project consists of a residential complex comprising eight 4.5-room apartments. The buildings feature a combination of ground floor and upper-floor units, with individual balconies or garden areas for each unit. The ground floor apartments include garden spaces and terraces, while the upper-floor apartments are equipped with balconies. The layout provides a distinct organization that accommodates varying residential needs. Parking provisions and common areas are included to support resident convenience and accessibility.

The apartments feature designated spaces for leisure and storage such as hobby rooms and cellars. The designs include outdoor terraces, adequate green spaces, and a focus on ensuring that each resident benefits from private outdoor areas. Units are structured to provide multiple entrance points for ease of access and enhanced privacy, thereby catering to a diverse range of lifestyles and housing requirements.
