This project consists of a residential complex comprising 16 apartments, offering 4 and 5-room layouts with floor areas ranging from 66 m² to 138 m². The design includes large windows for natural light, terraces for select units, and a subterranean parking garage. The building features high energy performance standards and geothermal heating, ensuring an efficient operation of heating and cooling systems.

Key features include a modern brick façade that combines traditional and contemporary architectural styles. The development encompasses private cellars, hobby rooms, and spaces for bicycles, catering to varied resident needs.
