This project consists of eight single-family homes, including three individual houses and five semi-detached and terraced houses, with living areas ranging from 146 to 198 square meters across multiple floors. Each home features two to three bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and outdoor seating areas, with allocated parking spaces in a communal garage. The development emphasizes traditional craftsmanship and includes a central air-water heat pump for heating, along with thermal insulation and stone slab roofs.
