Each residence features two parking spaces, individual outdoor terraces, and functional interior layouts that accommodate laundry and storage needs. The project incorporates shared communal spaces, enhancing family living experiences within a harmonious environment.

Multi-family project with 41 owner-occupied apartments across five buildings. The units feature private garden areas or balconies/terraces, and amenities include an underground parking garage with 70 spaces and outdoor recreational areas. The buildings are constructed to Minergie standards, equipped with a photovoltaic system, ground-source heat pumps, and a comfort ventilation system for indoor climate control.
