This project comprises four single-family homes, each with a net living area of over 190 square meters, distributed over four floors. The homes are equipped with three full bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, and a flexible basement space that includes its own bathroom, suitable for various uses. The construction features solid walls for sound insulation, high-quality insulation for thermal performance, and offers storage solutions throughout the home.

This residential project consists of a single-family house with 6.5 rooms and seven ownership apartments, totaling eight units. Each unit has private outdoor areas and underground garage access, with varied room layouts from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms designed for functional living. The building's architectural design features wooden and stucco facades, green roofs, and easy accessibility to all living spaces.
