This project involves the development of a 13-floor residential high-rise building with a total of 75 rental apartments, including options for single apartments and compact family units. The design features a ground floor community area for residents, along with co-working and studio spaces on the first upper floor, while every apartment is equipped with a private balcony. The construction will focus on durability with sound-proofed walls and will include premium finishes in kitchens and bathrooms as well as advanced insulation techniques.
