Multi-family residential project with 77 rental apartments and retail spaces on the ground floor. The apartments are designed around a landscaped courtyard and include features such as bicycle parking and community common areas. Interior specifications include premium flooring, contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings, and designated storage solutions.

This project consists of a new residential complex with seven three-story buildings, totaling 48 rental apartments. The development includes green areas and garden plots for some ground-floor apartments, along with community spaces for social interaction. Key features include wooden facades, concrete and masonry for support, and the installation of geothermal heat pumps and provisions for solar energy.

The residential complex consists of four multifamily houses with a total of 27 rental apartments, offering layouts that range from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. Each unit features spacious balconies or terraces, and the project includes amenities such as underground parking, common storage areas for bicycles, and communal landscaped areas. The apartments are designed with durable materials for insulation and soundproofing, and kitchens come equipped with modern appliances and ample storage options.
