«Residence Symbiose» is a residential complex consisting of 36 apartments and 6 twin villas, designed with a focus on community living and ecological sustainability. The project features eight buildings with a maximum of two levels, creating a sense of openness and lightness in the architecture. Residents can benefit from shared amenities including a fitness room, sauna, bicycle workshop, communal barbecue area, and organic gardens. The complex promotes an active lifestyle with electric vehicles available for shared use and cargo bikes accessible through a dedicated mobile application.
In addition to the shared community spaces, the project prioritizes green living, featuring over 200 trees and shrubs within the surrounding ecological park. The development adheres to Minergie P standards, ensuring high energy efficiency. Heating is facilitated through a geothermal heat pump system, supplemented by solar panels, contributing to the project's commitment to sustainability and reduced environmental impact.
The community aspect is further enhanced by thoughtfully designed areas for interaction among residents, fostering quality of life and opportunities for social engagement. Unique elements such as the mobile application for residents enhance connectivity and communication, making it easier to participate in community activities and manage shared resources.
The interiors of «Residence Symbiose» are designed to provide comfort and practicality in a modern setting. The apartments feature high-quality construction materials, ensuring durability and energy efficiency. Standard features include:
