Main amenities include spacious outdoor areas such as balconies and terraces, and each apartment is designed to provide convenient living spaces. Additional facilities include parking spaces located in the underground garage, along with cellar spaces for storage.

The construction emphasizes environmental sustainability, utilizing geothermal energy and photovoltaic installations for heating and electricity. Notable elements in the apartments may include multiple outdoor spaces, large living areas, and modern layouts that cater to a diverse range of living needs.
