Each apartment is equipped with a private balcony or terrace, and all units come with individual cellar spaces. Common outdoor areas include green spaces and playgrounds. The buildings feature high-quality insulation and comfort ventilation systems with heat recovery. Furthermore, the construction emphasizes accessibility and incorporates modern safety standards, including earthquake safety requirements.
