The project consists of residential units designed as ownership apartments, featuring a total of 7 units distributed across multiple levels. The configuration includes 2.5-, 3.5-, and 4.5-room apartments, each with a spacious balcony that extends living space outdoors. The buildings exhibit a cubic architectural style characterized by large windows that enhance natural light and provide views of the surrounding landscape. Common amenities include outdoor spaces, fostering a community-friendly environment.
