This project comprises two multi-family buildings designed to accommodate a total of nine residential units. The development incorporates modern construction methods and environmental sustainability elements, including a central heat pump and a photovoltaic system.

Within this setting, unique features include spacious outdoor areas and the flexibility for residents to design their interiors according to their preferences. A selection of units comprises 3.5-room and 5.5-room apartments, each with distinct layouts, enhancing the diversity of living options.
