The project consists of three buildings designed as multi-family homes containing a total of nine individual apartments. The units range from 2.5 to 6 rooms, with floor areas varying from 75 to 171 square meters. Each building features dedicated cellars for storage, a loggia for outdoor space, and some units include private garden areas. The layout includes apartments located on multiple floors with various types of outdoor spaces, including garden and loggia areas that promote use for leisure activities.

In addition to standard features, the project offers amenities such as additional storage spaces in the basement. The apartments are designed to facilitate outdoor living, with loggias or garden areas present for many of the units. All apartments are owned properties with no rental units included, ensuring that homeowners can fully utilize their private spaces without external rentals affecting the community dynamics.
