The project consists of two modern multi-family homes featuring a total of 20 rental apartments. The layout includes six 2.5-room apartments, six 3.5-room apartments, six 4.5-room apartments, and two 5.5-room apartments. Each unit is designed with efficient floor plans that facilitate furniture arrangement and optimize living space.
Amenities within the complex include a basement with an underground parking garage that accommodates 24 vehicles, a storage room, a drying room, and a bicycle storage room. Each apartment also has a dedicated cellar space. Access to the floors is provided through staircases equipped with lifts, ensuring ease of movement throughout the buildings.
Parking options include both the underground garage and additional garage box spaces available for rent. The development aims to enhance the residential appeal of the area by providing modern living comfort, along with communal spaces that foster interaction among residents.
Each apartment is finished to a high standard, featuring durable and stylish materials. The living and dining areas, as well as bathrooms, are equipped with high-quality porcelain stoneware tiles. Bedrooms come with oak parquet flooring that has a natural oiled finish, while walls are adorned with a white plaster finish.
Kitchens are modern and open-plan, featuring integrated induction cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, and fridges with freezers. The kitchen countertops are made of granite, and the flooring mirrors the durability of the living spaces with porcelain stoneware tiles.
Bathrooms include various configurations such as bathtubs, showers, or combined bath/WC setups. They are fitted with ceramic wall tiles, and some feature a 1.5 mm plaster finish. Additionally, each bathroom is equipped with a illuminated mirror cabinet. Other amenities in the apartments include a washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating in all rooms, electric blinds, and private balconies. Furthermore, each unit has its own cellar compartment with an electrical outlet.
