This project consists of a multi-family residential complex comprising 18 rental apartments for families, distributed across five floors. The apartment mix includes one 3½-room unit and seventeen 4½-room units. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious balcony, and the two penthouse apartments feature generous roof terraces measuring 120 m².

Amenities include barrier-free access, a large common outdoor area with a children's playground, pergolas, and barbecue facilities. The development prioritizes sustainability with a Minergie® construction standard and includes multiple parking spaces, hobby rooms, and cellar spaces for residents.
