This project comprises two buildings: a barn and a residential house, collectively featuring a total of eight rental apartments. The apartments are predominantly 3.5 rooms, with diverse floor areas ranging approximately from 64 to 109 square meters. Each unit is equipped with either patio or balcony spaces, with areas varying from 8.5 to 22.3 square meters, and all apartments include cellar spaces for additional storage.

The barn houses three 3.5 room apartments and one 2 room studio. The residential house includes a mix of 3.5 room apartments and one smaller 2 room apartment. Common features of the project include cycle parking and the integration of MINERGIE certification, ensuring a standard for sustainability. Each apartment is designed independently and offers distinct layouts, accommodating various living preferences.
