This project comprises a total of 20 rental apartments distributed over two buildings. Each building features multiple units of various layouts, including both 3 and 3.5 room apartments with floor areas ranging from 57 to 65 square meters. The buildings include a combination of ground floor units and apartments located on upper floors, allowing for a mix of living experiences across different levels. Parking facilities are incorporated into the design, with ample space allocated for residents' convenience.

Key amenities include designated basement areas suitable for hobbies and storage, as well as a combination of communal spaces. The apartments feature individual characteristics such as winter gardens, private entrances, and multiple balconies, which enhance usability and comfort. The complex is designed to foster a community atmosphere while allowing residents to maintain their privacy.
