«Altura 27» is a residential complex consisting of nine spacious apartments, each designed with either 4.5 or 5.5 rooms. The apartments range in size from 110 to 135 square meters, providing ample living space. The layout features open living and dining areas that receive plenty of natural light. Each apartment includes two bathrooms equipped with either a bathtub or shower, enhancing convenience for residents.

The project incorporates modern amenities such as a communal solar power system located on the roof, which residents will share. Additionally, there is a ground source heat pump with a free cooling function to maintain pleasant indoor temperatures during hot summer days. Each ground-floor apartment features private garden areas, while apartments on the upper floors benefit from either two terraces or a combination of a terrace and a winter garden.

The design also includes dedicated storage spaces for each unit, complete with their own washing machines and dryers. A parking garage offers sufficient space for residents to keep vehicles protected from the elements. The architecture of the complex is arranged to ensure a high level of privacy in outdoor areas, making it suitable for families and individuals alike.
