The project consists of nine 4.5 and 5.5-room apartments with floor areas ranging from 110 to 135 m². Each apartment provides substantial outdoor spaces, including private gardens for ground floor units, and balconies or winter gardens for upper-level units. The community features include a solar installation for collective use and underfloor heating with Freecooling functionality for temperature management in colder and warmer months respectively. Additionally, there is controlled apartment ventilation to ensure air quality during occupant absence.

Each residence is equipped with spacious layouts and includes two bathrooms within each unit. Generous budgets for kitchen and bathroom finishes allow occupants to customize their spaces to suit personal preferences. The architecture prioritizes privacy for outdoor areas and ensures convenience with on-site parking within a designated underground garage and individual laundry facilities. All apartments are planned to offer sufficient light exposure in the living and dining areas.
