This project consists of 51 rental and ownership apartments distributed across 6 buildings, catering to various living needs with apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. Each building features a contemporary layout, with outdoor and garden areas provided for select units. Amenities include a modern underground parking garage and bicycle storage. Additionally, common areas such as children’s play areas and communal spaces are part of the overall design, promoting interactions among residents.

Unique features of the project include barrier-free access throughout the development, facilitating ease of movement for all residents. There are also dedicated commercial spaces included in the complex. Outdoor spaces contribute to a community atmosphere, with the central square featuring a stone table and a protected tree, enhancing the environment around the residential area.
