«SPYRISTRASSE» is a residential complex located in the municipality of Zürich, comprising two multi-family houses. Each house consists of five floors with apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. All units are accessible via an elevator, ensuring convenience for residents. The design incorporates spacious living areas that extend outward through balconies, terraces, and garden seating areas, enhancing the living experience.

The project incorporates communal amenities such as an underground parking garage, which includes storage units and bicycle parking spaces. The architectural style features a sharp-edged, elegant design, contributing to the aesthetic appeal of the complex. This residential development offers a blend of modern living with elements reminiscent of traditional urban housing culture, such as the north-side bay windows.

Furthermore, the thoughtful layout promotes a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the living spaces.
