«Guggeien Park» is a residential project consisting of 11 individual row houses and 15 spacious ownership apartments. The complex is designed with a modern living concept in mind, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Each building features a unique layout that adapts to the needs of its residents, offering various floor plans that cater to different preferences.
The project includes a total of 26 living units, distributed across four multi-family buildings. The arrangement of the buildings has been planned to create green oases and small usable outdoor spaces between the houses. The varying heights of the structures provide privacy and scenic views, making it suitable for families, as indicated by the buyer guidelines which relate the number of rooms to the number of residents in the household.
Additionally, the development emphasizes ecological living, featuring sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient technologies. The apartments and row houses in «Guggeien Park» are built to a high standard, focusing on quality and sustainability. The construction adheres to SIA norms and regulations, emphasizing sound insulation and thermal insulation. Materials used include mostly CO2-neutral options, and the buildings are designed to be energy-efficient, certified with the SNBS Silver-Label.
Key interior features include:
- Floor and ceiling slabs made of concrete as per engineering specifications.
- High-quality windows with thermal insulation and soundproofing, following Minergie standards.
- Modern sanitary facilities with options for customization, ensuring residents can choose according to their preferences.
- Kitchens equipped with contemporary appliances, with budgets set for each type of unit.
Additional installations include:
- Efficient heating systems powered by geothermal energy, providing underfloor heating.
- Electrical systems that meet high standards, including multimedia connections and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
