The project consists of a residential complex featuring 14 ownership apartments distributed across two buildings. The apartments range in size from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, offering a variety of layouts. The buildings are designed with pitched roofs equipped with photovoltaic systems, contributing to their modern architectural style while harmonizing with the historical context of the area. Common features include large rooms with abundant natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows with steel railings, and designated outdoor spaces such as patios or loggias. Additional amenities include a play area and social spaces integrated into the landscape, bordered by lawns and gravel areas.

Each apartment unit comes with two bathrooms, one of which has natural light. Various units feature a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The apartments are equipped with dedicated laundry facilities located in their respective cellars in the basement. Select premium materials and high-grade appliances, including oak parquet flooring and high-quality tiles, are part of the interior specifications, allowing for a blend of functionality and aesthetics while accommodating personal design preferences throughout construction.
