Zweiklang

This project comprises seven individual ownership apartments developed through the renovation and new construction of two buildings. The existing building has been fully renovated, offering comfort comparable to new constructions. The linkage between the new and renovated sections is facilitated by a shared open, covered staircase. Outdoor space is emphasized with a communal area featuring a pergola, paved sections, and play zones. Each apartment has its own private raised bed, while the upper apartments in the renovated building include small gardens and French balconies.

The apartments vary in size from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms and are organized into two structures: one renovated and one newly built. Features include garden apartments with covered terraces, larger balconies in the middle units, high ceilings in the top-floor apartments, and maisonette layouts that span two levels. Additionally, each unit is equipped with quality finishes and a private laundry facility. Access to the living levels is provided by a direct lift from the underground parking garage, which includes an elevator for convenience.
