Les Coteaux de Corsier

This project consists of two buildings that include three row houses and four apartments. The row houses range in size from 134 m² to 144 m² each, featuring three levels with four bedrooms, including a master suite. The apartments are configured as duplexes, offering spacious living spaces, with the ground floor apartments including private gardens and terraces. The buildings also include common amenities such as parking, storage areas, and access to outdoor spaces.

The ground floor apartments each have a private garden and a terrace measuring 32 m². The row houses are designed with outdoor terraces of 12 m², and individual garden spaces ranging from 20 m² to 75 m². Additional facilities in the buildings encompass a shared laundry room, hobby rooms, and cellars to enhance the residential experience.
