Each apartment is designed with private outdoor spaces including patios, loggias, and terraces, thereby offering substantial green areas. Shared amenities include a multipurpose room, a central common area with shaded pergolas, seating arrangements, and children's play equipment, fostering a community-oriented environment.
The interior layout allows for customization to meet the individual preferences of future residents. Notable facilities include underground parking spaces for purchase, basement storage, and communal garden spaces, contributing to the comprehensive living experience within these residential units.
