This project consists of four houses located in a municipality characterized by a combination of natural landscapes and urban proximity. Two groups of two villas feature distinct layouts and architectural styles. Each house is organized over three levels, with an emphasis on spacious living areas and ample natural light, supported by large windows and double-height ceilings. Residents have access to expansive outdoor living spaces including landscaped gardens and terraces designed for relaxation.
The ground floor is primarily dedicated to private sleeping areas featuring several bedrooms, including a master suite with associated amenities. The basements of the villas offer flexible use options, which may include entertainment spaces or home offices. Additional facilities include private underground parking for residents, contributing to convenience and accessibility.
The construction quality of these villas is notable, comprising advanced thermal insulation systems and high-quality materials to ensure durability and comfort. The interiors are characterized by:
