This project consists of three contemporary villas, each with a living area of approximately 125 m². The layouts include a spacious open living area on the ground floor, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area that enhances family gatherings. Each villa features private gardens accessible through a bright veranda, alongside amenities such as an underground parking area, ample storage, and a versatile basement space that benefits from natural light. Each unit includes five and a half rooms designed for efficient living.

Unique aspects of the villas include solar panels for electricity and photovoltaic systems for heating, contributing to energy efficiency. The design also incorporates features such as a modern bathroom, spacious bedrooms on the first floor, and convenient laundry and technical rooms in the basement. The layout provides a balance of social and private spaces, contributing to a practical and functional living environment.
