The project consists of a residential complex featuring four buildings that will house 24 rental apartments. The buildings utilize a wooden construction to meet high environmental and health standards. Each building has a central staircase splitting the levels into two apartments, with generous outdoor spaces including private terraces and balconies that contribute additional living area. Common amenities include a landscaped natural stone area for leisure activities, as well as bicycle parking and cellar spaces for storage.

Unique features include a construction standard that ensures greater energy production than consumption, with a focus on sustainable materials. The complex reaches a plus energy balance of over 400%, significantly reducing energy consumption while maintaining historical architectural elements. The site features specialized solar-active facades for energy generation, ensuring both operational climate neutrality and compensation of emissions from the construction process.
