Résidence les Rochettes

This project consists of two groups of four row houses, offering 8 units with 4.5 rooms each. The surface areas range from 157.4 to 178 square meters, including private terraces and gardens ranging from 10.9 to 136.7 square meters. The complex includes a shared underground parking area with two parking spaces per villa and each unit comes with a designated technical room and cellar space.

Constructed using traditional masonry, the project adheres to low-energy consumption building standards, featuring sloped roofs and triple-glazed windows made of metal PVC. Every unit is equipped with an individual utility room with separate metering for heating, electricity, and water supply, and is prepared for the installation of a washing machine and dryer.
