«Drei Amseln» is a residential complex consisting of three multi-family homes set in a tranquil environment. The layout features a total of 11 residential units, with a mix of lofts and traditional apartments. The design incorporates both ground-level apartments with private gardens and pools, along with upper-floor units that offer spacious living areas suitable for various lifestyles. The project emphasizes an open design concept, catering to the growing trend of combining home living with office space.
The three buildings, named Drossel, Fink, and Star, are strategically positioned to take advantage of the surrounding views and natural light. Each building is equipped with modern amenities, including an underground parking garage with 16 spaces, hobby rooms, cellars, and bicycle storage areas. Shared spaces between the buildings allow for a communal environment that enhances the overall living experience.
The project also incorporates advanced energy solutions, featuring a state-of-the-art heat pump system for heating and cooling, as well as a photovoltaic system for sustainable energy use. The thoughtful architectural design ensures a balance between privacy and community, with barrier-free access and ample green spaces for residents to enjoy.
The interiors of the «Drei Amseln» are designed with a focus on high-quality materials and functional layouts. Each apartment features durable flooring options, including hardwood and tiles, chosen for their aesthetic appeal and longevity. The walls are constructed to provide excellent insulation, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
