Drei Amseln

This project consists of three multi-family buildings designed to accommodate various types of apartments. The configurations include apartments with one and a half, two and a half, and three and a half rooms spread across different floors. Each building is equipped with its own unique features, such as ground-level units with private gardens and personal pools, along with spacious upper-level apartments. Additionally, there is a basement parking garage with 16 dedicated spaces and room for visitors, bicycle storage, and individual cellars for each unit.

The main features of the development include spacious living areas and terraces that provide unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. The buildings feature a shared stairwell and elevator for easy access between levels, ensuring convenience for residents. Each apartment provides distinct areas suitable for contemporary living and various lifestyle arrangements, allowing for creative use of space.
