«Höhenweg 6» is a residential project comprising three unique duplex apartments designed to resemble single-family homes. These homes feature spacious layouts, with options for individualized room distributions. Each apartment includes either a garden or a rooftop terrace, providing private outdoor space suitable for relaxation and recreation.
The project boasts modern amenities, including direct lift access from the garage to each floor, enhancing ease of movement within the residences. The overall construction adheres to MINERGIE standards, ensuring high energy efficiency with minimal heating costs due to the installation of a heat pump. The building's design includes high ceilings of 2.7 meters, contributing to an open and airy atmosphere.
Additional features include individual laundry facilities in each apartment, a well-designed garden area, and parking options with spaces available for purchase. This project is situated in a quiet and elevated neighborhood, providing a tranquil living environment while still being easily accessible to local amenities and public transport options.
The interiors of the apartments in «Höhenweg 6» are designed with attention to detail and quality construction standards. The materials used in the build include robust solid masonry for the facades, ensuring durability and excellent sound insulation. The spaces are fitted with large triple-glazed wood-aluminum windows that allow for ample natural light while providing energy efficiency.
