Both units provide private ownership and include features such as underground parking and dedicated cellar areas.

Unique aspects of the villas include a well-designed outdoor space that combines both garden and terrace, allowing for various uses. Each unit is equipped with designated areas for personal storage, and there is no rental accommodation available, reflecting a focus on ownership. The overall design prioritizes spaciousness and practicality for the residents.
