The project consists of residential buildings comprising seventeen ownership apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. It features a variety of unit sizes, with the smallest at 65.4 square meters and the largest at 136.1 square meters. Each building includes designated parking areas and landscaped gardens associated with many of the lower-level units. Common spaces are included in the complex, providing additional amenities for residents. Bicycle parking facilities are also available, contributing to the convenience of living in this urban environment.

Unique attributes of the apartments include outdoor spaces for several units, with garden areas as large as 219.3 square meters. The design accommodates a convenient layout across multiple levels, ensuring that each apartment benefits from natural light and spacious interiors. The architecture is characterized by distinctive facades that integrate elements of the surrounding environment, contributing to the overall functional layout of the living spaces.
