The project is a residential complex consisting of three buildings constructed using timber, comprising over 100 apartments tailored to different life stages and situations. More than half of the apartments are designated for families. In addition to housing, the development includes three commercial spaces and a municipal kindergarten. The outdoor environment will feature a public playground, which will be renovated and expanded, as well as other amenities such as hobby rooms and a bicycle workshop. Parking facilities will be located in a two-story underground garage, allowing for a transformation of the area into a play street.
The project intends to achieve a Gold certification under the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS), focusing on ecological, economic, and social sustainability. The existing structures and planned new facilities will encourage community interaction, with generous open spaces designed for gatherings. The overall layout promotes a harmony between urban living and proximity to nature, enhancing the livability of the area.
