This project comprises three multi-family residential buildings containing a total of 25 rental apartments. Each building includes individual cellar compartments for additional storage, as well as a dedicated room for strollers. The parking facility features spaces available for rent in the underground garage. Common areas also include a general playground for residents.

The apartments are equipped with various features, including granite kitchen countertops, V-Zug kitchen appliances such as induction cooktops, steam extraction hoods, refrigerators, ovens/steamers, and dishwashers. Each unit also has its own washing machine and dryer. The buildings utilize geothermal heating systems with heat pumps, and each apartment is fitted with underfloor heating. In addition, the properties include mechanical ventilation systems for bathrooms and utility rooms, and provisions for multimedia connections in living areas and bedrooms.
