The project consists of a multi-family residential building located in Rombach. The complex includes eight apartments, each with individual layouts across three floors, including ground, first, and second levels. Units vary in size, with areas ranging from 106.0 m² to 139.0 m². Outdoor spaces such as terraces and private gardens are included with select apartments, and there are provisions for parking and communal areas for residents.

Distinct features of the building include a wave-like architectural design with rounded corners, which integrates with the surrounding residential environment. The project emphasizes the use of natural materials, featuring earth-toned wood cladding, solar panels, and large window facades. The building is designed with energy-efficiency in mind, equipped with a photovoltaic system and geothermal heating, which can be upgraded to a zero-energy house, although specific energy labels are not pursued.
