Each unit includes a cellar and access to outdoor areas such as balconies and private gardens, with sizes ranging from 24.5 m² for balconies to 258 m² for garden spaces.

The building incorporates twelve parking spaces located in the underground parking garage, ensuring sufficient parking availability for residents. Unique amenities include private entrances for each apartment, enhancing accessibility and convenience. The overall design of the apartments allows for customization according to individual preferences, while providing a structured living arrangement in a central location.
