This project is a residential complex comprising various housing forms, including traditional apartments, modern studios, and large shared living spaces. The complex contains 151 rental apartments situated across 14 buildings, accommodating approximately 500 residents. Each apartment varies in size, with the smallest unit measuring 40 m2 and the largest at 347 m2. Some units come with private balconies or loggias, and commercial spaces occupy the ground floors.

In addition to the residential units, the complex features communal areas designed for interaction among residents. Shared spaces include roof terraces connected by bridges, a workshop, multipurpose community rooms for events, and a guest room. This setup supports a collaborative living environment, encouraging communal activities and engagement among residents.
