«Antoine-Martin» is a residential complex consisting of 18 apartments spread across three levels. The architecture is inspired by the lines of corn dryers, integrating the building harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape. All apartments benefit from optimal orientation and unobstructed views of the countryside, offering a connection to the outdoors.
Each apartment features a traversing layout, ensuring ample natural light throughout the living spaces. The building includes pedestrian access to three pathways from an esplanade that borders an existing wooded area. This protected space is designed to function as an informal gathering area for residents and a play area for children. The building design incorporates two access ramps at each end, allowing vehicles to be quickly concealed in the underground parking, which also provides storage for bicycles and cellars.
In addition to the apartments, residents will have access to special facilities such as hobby rooms, cellar spaces, and bike storage. The building's layout and amenities are intended to foster community interaction while providing private, quiet living spaces.
The interiors of the apartments are designed to maximize natural light through large bay windows, enhancing the residents' connection with the surrounding landscape. Each unit features spacious, open living areas that facilitate a seamless flow between spaces.
Each apartment includes:
- Bedrooms positioned on the quieter side of the building for privacy.
- A complementary room near the entrance, suitable for use as an office or guest room.
- For units located in the center of the building, there is both a loggia and a winter garden that can accommodate planters.
The apartments range from 108 m² to 141 m² of usable space, with configurations varying between 4 and 5.5 rooms. Features such as robust insulation and quality construction materials ensure durability and comfort.
