«Résidence Le Village» is a residential project featuring two distinct structures: La Ferme and La Grange. La Ferme consists of three row houses designed in a traditional architectural style, offering spacious triplex layouts with welcoming living areas and private sleeping quarters on the upper levels. Each unit provides views of the lake and the Alps, contributing to an appealing residential environment.

La Grange comprises six apartments with layouts of 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 rooms, allowing potential residents to choose from options including ground floor units with gardens, first floor units with balconies, or duplexes with loggias. Each apartment is paired with a cellar and options for parking are available, enhancing the functionality and convenience of the living spaces.

The project emphasizes the preservation of original volumes and traditional aesthetics, incorporating natural materials, harmonious colors, and thoughtful landscaping elements such as a fountain and mature trees to reflect the village spirit and attention to detail.
