This residential project features 20 apartments distributed across three floors. The building encompasses a combination of simplex apartments located on the ground and upper floors, as well as duplex configurations. The entire complex also incorporates common facilities, including storage areas and an underground parking garage with designated spaces for residents and visitors.

The apartments vary in size from 3 to 5.5 rooms.
